We are excited to announce we are working with Aspire Active to bring a pop up swimming pool to our school community during the Summer Term 2024.
Children in Hedgehogs and Starlings will get to take part in an intensive swimming programme over a period of 3 weeks! The swimming pool will be based on school premises so this will minimise time wasted travelling to and from the pool. The children will be taught in very small groups, ensuring they get the support needed to develop swimming confidence quickly. The children will also complete a water safety awareness course.
Children in Badgers will also get to experience the pool during the school day and there will be some after school clubs for other classes too.
We will host an information evening in the Spring Term for parents to find out more about this fantastic opportunity.
