In Dance, we have been taking inspiration from fireworks to create dance moves. The children created moves for a 'Catherine wheel' and a 'sparkler'.

Ukulele in Team Badgers
This week in Music, Team Badgers have continued their ukulele practice and playing different strings seperately and simultaneously. They practiced this today to the song "Stay with Me". Well done Badgers!
Geography in Rabbits!
In Geography, Rabbits have learnt what it is like to live in a city. We have explored our local environment and have distinguished between physical and human features of Lichfield and Birmingham.
Numbers to 20 in Rabbits!
Rabbits have been exploring numbers between 11-20. They have learnt skills such as 'making ten' and counting on to find the total amount. They have also used counters and tens frames to represent their '-teen' number.
English in Rabbits!
Rabbits have enjoyed learning a new adventure story, Lost and Found. They loved creating their own versions of the story by changing the characters. They have also learnt to take ownership of their stories and have 'edited and polished' (using a red pen) the writing that they had produced. Well…

Geographical Graphs in Team Starlings!
This week in Geography, we have been looking at the climate in the Gobi Desert, including how much rainfall there is across the year, as well as how much the temperature varies. We were very surprised by our research and enjoyed plotting our data onto this graph!
