Team Daffodils have been discussing what makes them special and unique.
We shared the story 'Barry, the fish with fingers' and discussed what made Barry special. Barry is special because he is the only fish with fingers and he can use this uniqueness to do lots of cool things such as finger painting and tickling his friends. At the end of the story, he even uses his fingers to save his friend from a sinking crate! Barry loves that he is unique.
After reading this story, we discussed ways that we are unique and shared things that we can do that make us special.
