Our topic this term in geography is rivers and the children are enjoying learning all about the formation of rivers and the cycle of water around the world. With a focus on the river Indus, the children have began to look at the upper course of a river, where the source of a river starts and identifying different features at each stage. Children have been using their key vocabulary, such as spurs, source and erosion, very confidently- well done!
