Badgers have loved their STEM Day! The challenge was to create a marble run, but we didn't want the marble to move quickly - that's too easy! We hoped to slow it down! We discussed what may help slow down the marble on its way and what materials may help. The children planned their designs in their teams and got set to work! This contributed to our traits optimism, resilience and craftsmanship.
Next week, the winner from each class will compete in an assembly to see which team created the most complex run! However, Team Badgers were all winners - their creativity and teamwork was amazing and we didn't lose our marbles!
